Dear sir,

I am writing with regard to inform you that I am able to continue my part-time english speaking course.

Working as an full time emloyee in one of the multi-national company, I have assigned with resposible task and duties along with that I am not getting enough time to do my course.

As I am aware of our english speaking classes schedule is Wednesday to Friday 5 PM to 6 PM, now my company extended my working hours from 8 PM to 6 PM. Considering this timing of my work I do not have any space between to attend classes.

I have two solutions in this matter. Firstly, I would like to change the timing of classes with 6 PM to 7 PM. Secondly, if change of the time will not possible then please isssue the refund of my course.
