Dear mister Marx,
My name is Henry Power and I need to notice you about some things in my life which would close a possibility of working at your foundation after following two weeks.
As you know, I have been working at this organization since the origin and this have been a real pleasure to give a hand to homeless people with resocialization. I have collected clothes and shoes and brought them to recipients of our found. What is more, I have driven a mobile kitchen and have helped to serve food to poor people in “unsafety districts” on Sundays. I am over the moon while I am helping all of those people who are not as lucky as we are.
Despite this, I have a crucial change in my life. My boss from my full-time work gave me an offer a couple days ago. This is an opportunity I have been working for more than five years. This position is open in different state, therefore I need to relocate. Unfortunately, I can’t continue working as a volunteer.
However, I have a suggestion for you. My closest friend Larry Bird is seeking for some charity work at the moment. He is full of enthusiasm and ready to take on this job immediately. If it is acceptable I can introduce him with all my recent duties within the following week.
With the best regards, Henry Power.
