Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the volunteer work that I was doing by transporting patients to our local hospital. I will no longer be able to continue this work.
For the last three years, I have been carrying patients from nearby areas to the local hospital in my van, which I converted into a mini ambulance. I have served more than 1,000 patients during this period.
Unfortunately, I have to stop this work because, as an immigrant in Canada, permanent residency was my first priority and the cut‑off score is already very high. To meet the criteria, I need to achieve good scores in the IELTS exam. My training course is also clashing with this work. Therefore, I cannot continue.
“But I have a friend of mine who is ready to continue helping the local patients. He is very respected & very keen to help. I am very grateful for getting this opportunity. I feel very grateful for getting the chance to serve my local community. Looking forward to hear from you.
Yours sincerely,
Karan Singh”
