Dear Chief Manager of Social Environmental Voluntary,

Hello Mr. how are you? I think you always in the good condition. For this letter, I will inform you the information about the voluntary work which will held on August 2025. Last month I was applying as volunteer at Social Environmental Voluntary which work to help in my local community especially in environmental program to reduce the trash in the coastline of beach near my village. The planner of the program has been done on 75%, it has meaning that preparation of the program has been almost done. But for a week ago I got the news about my abroad that I was accepted by Queensland University at Magister Remote Sensing program and I have to go in Queensland in the end of July, so I think that I couldn’t continue my participation as volunteer in the Social Environmental program. But you don’t have to worry because I will give you recommended someone to change my position in this program. My friend who lived in Jakarta have interested with this program and she has skills like us to manage technical planner in this program. I hope you could accept her to join this program.
