Dear Mario Rossi,

I am writing to inform you that I am unable to continue my current position as Humanitarian Volunteer within the section that provides assistance and counselling to vulnerable individuals through interviews and case assessments, collecting requests and offering support on social, economic, and immigration-related matters.

Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I am no longer able to meet the requirements of the position.

I would also recommend Lucia as an … candidate to replace me. She is familiar with the tasks and responsibilities, and has shown great competence.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunities and support I have received during my time with this Company. It has been a valuable experience, both on professional and personal side.
