Band 5+: You have been invited to attend an interview for a place studying a course at a college. Unfortunately, because of a previous appointment, you cannot come at the time they wish. In your letter explain your position apologise and offer to come on another day or later the same day also ask how long the interview will be, and whether there will be any tests during it

I hope you are doing great. Thank you for the invitation for the interview regarding my MS Marketing admission application; it would be a privilege to speak with honourable professors and staff.

Sadly, there is a clash between my interview and an important medical appointment that i already booked 3 weeks before. As I was waiting for this medical appointment for the last 6 months so i cannot reschedule the medical appoinment.

I do apologise for any kind of inconvenience due to my request, but I kindly request you to rearrange my appointment next week same time. It would be very kind gesture from your side.

In addition, I am concious about the total timing of the interview as I mostly have classes all over the week and I have to inform my professors about this interview timing as well. Also, please let me know, if there would be be any written or oral test during the interview. As, It would allow me to prepare before hand and attend my inteview with complete preparation.
