Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to request whether it is possible to reschedule my interview for another day or time as I have prior commitments at the time of my interview.

I have a doctor’s appointment on the day of my interview and unfortunately it is at the same time as my interview which is at 10: 30am. I have had this appointment booked 3 months ago and cannot cancel my booking. I apologise for the short notice and would appreciate it if you can postpone my interview for a later time or date. I have over-looked my schedule and I am available at any time thereafter at your convenience.

In order to fully prepare for the interview I would appreciate it if you can clarify the lenght of the interview as well as if there will be any tests that I would need to complete during that time.
