Dear Sir or Madame,

I’m writing to express my interest in the part-time machine technician posted that you are advertising.

The reason why I’m seeking this post is that the wage you are offering is equivalent to my intensive duties, which is quite different from other workplaces that are providing low packages. Another point is that this position can be deemed as a step forward in my career path since I’m intending to make much difference in your facilities to excel in my tasks.

Having a master’s degree in Engineering along with a relevant experience of two years in industry, I believe I would be the best fit for this vacancy. Furthermore, I have robust communication skills, and I have been integrated successfully in different local and international teams, which would assist me in achieving much progress by working hand in hand with my colleagues.

Given that I currently take some courses in the Royal College, I will be available every day from 1:00 to 6:00 PM and I’m open to weekend shifts. If these hours are not convenient for you, I can rearrange my schedule depending on the job requirements.
