I am writing this letter to apprise you about the service of Vivan hotel that I received during my recent trip from India to Canada. As I booked this hotel from 20th to 25th of March but I am dissatisfied from their quality of food. I ordered Curry with rice and a strawberry shake, and I found a hair in curry and the shake was bitter in taste. So, when I reported at the hotel’s reception, he did not listen to me well and took any action for further investigation.
Moreover, When I came to my home, I suffered from food poisoning for a week. I am really disappointed by booking my trip from you and want at least seventy percent of my refund back, and suggest you report to the manager of hotel for this whole scenario. I really appreciate if you will refund my money as soon as possible.
