Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you regarding an important documents I have lost when I was traveled by public transport.

Firstly, I have forget my black coloured leather bag next week in a public bus. In this bag I have stored my valuable documents such as my qualification certificates , bank cards and driving licence.

Furthermore, last Friday, I take a bus from my office to home. I picked a document bag me and after setting on the bus , I placed a bag near the seat. The bus was full so ,when I reached my stop I forgot my bag on bus. So, when I reached my home I realised that I have forgot my bag on bus.

Lastly, I am requesting you to please my solve this problem as soon as possible. I have send all the details of bag and documents by mail to your department. If you have found it please send me my bag on my home because these items are very important for me.
