Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to inform about my lost items in your train. I was travelling in train named “reach destination” on 7 July 2024 from Delhi to Chandigarh, India. Unfortunately, I discovered that i had left my bag along with my essential documents in the train.

The bag was black in color with red strips at the back and logo of adidas at front. The bag had my travel ticket for my next flight and also had exchanged money of $500. I was sitting in box number 5 and had places my bag in storage area above my seat. I was shocked when I found that i lost my stuff.

I would like you to confirm about my bag from the passengers sitting the same box and also inquire from cleaning staff.

I appreciate your attention to this issue and trust this matter can be resolved promptly.

Your faithfully,

Sandeep
