Dear Sir or Madam,

The main reason why I am writing this letter is that I want to inform you about the missing bank card that was not enclosed with the letter that I received yesterday.

This is serious problem, because bank card may be in the wrong person’s hands

I must mention that I received the letter from your bank yesterday. But, when I opened the envelope, I did not find my new bank card. Unfortunately, there was not card in the envelope. At that time, I searched it around the mailbox, but there was nothing there. Now I am really concerned about my bank card as someone may steal my money.

I would appreciate it If you could repeal my missing card immediately in order to protect my money and avoid any misuse.After it has been implemented, I will need a new one as soon as possible. Since I will be traveling to America next week.
