I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the recent product that I have purchased from your company.
I had placed an order for a handbag through Amazon on feb 25, 2025. The order number is D54C4. Thus, today I received that order, but after opening the package I am disappointed.
The reason of my unhappiness is that I had ordered a bag in black colour. Hence I have received it in blue colour. Moreover, the size of this item is also not similar as it was mentioned on your website.
I would like to request you that check the details again as well as approve my refund appeal so that I can reorder a handbag in different style because the ordered item is out of stock now.
