I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order placed on your website. While I am aware of your company’s reputation, I am unfortunately very disappointed with the service I have received.
Firstly, the red dress I ordered was delivered in blue instead of red. Secondly, the Sephora cosmetics included in my order have not arrived at all. In addition, the high-quality cotton blanket I purchased was of very poor quality. I had specifically mentioned that I suffer from an allergy to this type of textile, yet the product delivered did not meet the description provided on your website.
As a result of using the blanket, I experienced an allergic reaction during the night and had to seek medical attention. This situation caused me significant discomfort and inconvenience.
Given these issues, I kindly request appropriate compensation for the incorrect and missing items, as well as for the inconvenience and health problems caused.
