Today, I am writing this letter to complain about some problems with the quality of the shoes that you sold me last Thursday, October 31st. When I saw the image of these shoes, I really expected that they would be suitable for my birthday party. They are black leather shoes with a tiny bow and some small diamonds at the top; however, the product that I have received is a blue shoe with flowers. So I think your shop made a mistake with my order, and I hope that you can give me the items that I bought. And if you cannot deliver them before next weekend, please contact me and refund the money for these shoes; these mistaken shoes will be given back to you.
