I’m writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the headset that I recently bought from your website. On July first I ordered a Sony headset from your website which I received a week later on 8th of July. The packaging of the product was in a great shape and the speaker quality of the headset is fine, but the microphone quality is suboptimal.
I’m a remote worker at a large company which requires me to have consecutive meetings every day. Since I started using this new headphone my colleagues have difficulty understanding me. I tested it by recording my self and I can confirm that there is a problem with how the device’s microphone records my voice.
I would like to return this product and get a refund. I have kept all the packaging parts in a great condition and can return the device to you as I received it. I’m attaching my bank account details to this message. I would really appreciate your help on this matter. Please let me know if I can provide more information.
