Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Greetings of the day!

I am writing this letter to accentuate certain concerns regarding my recent flight experience with your airline Air Express, on flight number 345 on June 25, from Delhi to Mumbai.

To begin with, the crew was quite slow with the service. For an instance, I asked one of the air hostesses for a water bottle and she unheard me. After asking multiple times she provided me with the bottle.

Moreover, the meal served on the flight was also cold and served late than usual time.

Additionally, the blanket was not provided to my mother, after asking for multiple times, our request was turned down flat.

I would like to highlight few suggestions regarding the above issue such as you should either change the crew member or reprimand them severely. I will probably give another chance to Air Express on my next trip, but another unpleasant flight will probably be the last one with your company.

I hope you will look into the mentioned concern to provide your patrons with a delightful experience.
