I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this email to inform you that I am totally disappointed with yor cleaning services that was provided by you organisation. As per my friend instructions I had chosen your organisation for cleaning of my apartment.

For this I had pay in advance but after all the service provided by your firm is totally disgusting.

As per my demand I have clearly tell there should be no any gutka, pan masala spit stain after washing the corridor and stair case but there is many stain clearly visible after cleaning. I have also one request to collect all the garbarge and thrown out side the apartment after cleaning but they accumulated all this scavenger inside the apartment that leads to Unhygienic and health issues.

I have humble request with you kindly review on my problem and take strict action as soon as possible to resolve this issues. If possible Try to send cleaning person today itself to remove spit stain properly and throw all the garbage outside because due to garbage all are facing hygiene issue. I hope you will understand my problem in better way and try to resolve as soon as possible.
