I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your service and your staff. I hired a man from your company to restore my appartment but unfortunately his work disappoints me alot.
0n 5th Feburary 2026, a representator from your company had came into my home .As owner of a home, I gave him instruction according to my need but he did’t follow it properly. He didnot work professionally. My curtain is still full of strain and not washed properly. He also damaged my wase that was very pretty as well as expensive.
I spend all my money on this service but all is wasted. I highly not recommended any one to take this service unless untill you will improve it properly.
As you know all my amount is useless so as a compensation you have to send a competent person who will do it again with great ethusiansm and also pay my wase payment as this my huge loss. I hope you understand it well.
