Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my extreem annoying about the unconvenient service i had during your workers were decorating my kitchen.

First, during fixing my kitchen units, your maintanance mens, the negative bad attiude and iteraction towards my units in the kitchen lead to broke out a major part of the kitchen’s wall, results to pay an extra expenses to built it again.

Second, your campany mangement was promising to complete thier duty around five weeks as a maximum range, till now after a seven weeks , i didnot recive my kitchen, and they send an email to postpon the dadaline to another five weeks, this delay lead to lose an important event where i will achive a new position at work. it was the annual revenue party of my campany that i will hosts during this period.

I want a full refund for this damges as a compansation. and replace this team with a respectable one and be serious towards the work.
