Dear Mr.Thompson,

I’m writing you to draw your attention to an important issue in your building which is the heating system.

It’s been a while since the system had stopped working and I have tried several times to reach you, but unfortunately there had been no response from your side and that has profoundly disappointed me.

Please note that this is considerably affecting my daily life. Knowing that we are in winter, it is hardly possible to make a difference between being outside or inside the apartment. Additionally, I can’t dry my washed clothes and most importantly, I’m not able to take my daily showers.

I would like to remind you that in our contract it has been mentioned that reparations were in charge of the landlord. So thanks to take this matter with high importance and take necessary steps to fix the issue within the next days. Otherwise I will be forcibly obliged to present a complaint.
