Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that I missed my international flight due to a unexpected circumstances . In the time go out for airport suddenly my mother felt pain in her chest. In that time I was really helpless & I went hospital very quickly . As a result I missed my flight.

Let me explain my situation . For missing that flight I suffered more problem . My flight was 5 june & my Company meeting was 6 june. But unfortunately I could not attend meeting. Some how my company considered my this problem & they Fixed another date this meeting .

Would you kindly give me another chance for going my meeting. You will give my another date for flying. If you help me it will give me lot of graduate & pleasure .
