I am writing to complain about an incident that caused me to miss my flight with your airline on 15 March from Hanoi to Singapore, flight number VN 113.
On the day of travel, I arrived at the airport more than two hours before departure. However, there was a serious problem at the check-in area due to a system failure, which led to extremely long queues. Despite waiting for over an hour , asking staff for help, I could not complete the check-in process before the gate was closed.
Missing this flight caused me significant inconvenience. I had an important meeting scheduled. What is more, I must buy a new ticket with another airline at a much higher price and arrange last-minute accommodation.
I would like to request a full refund for the missed flight, as well as compensation for the additional costs.
I look forward to your reply and hope this matter can be resolved quickly.
