I am writing to formally complain about an incident that caused me to miss my international flight with your airline on 15 January from Baghdad to Istanbul.
Although I arrived at the airport more than three hours before departure, there was a serious problem at the security and check-in counters. The queues were extremely long, and there were not enough staff members to handle the number of passengers. Despite explaining that my flight was boarding, I was not given any priority or assistance, and the gate was closed before I could reach it.
Missing this flight had a significant impact on me. I lost an important business meeting, had to book a hotel at my own expense, and suffered considerable stress and inconvenience.
I kindly request a full refund or a free rebooking on the next available flight, as well as compensation for the additional costs incurred.
