How are you? How’s recovery going? I do hope your leg is getting better. Thankfully, the great news of our soccer team winning our weekend game will definitely cheer you up. It was such a competitive match. Although our spirits were low because of your absence; we pulled through and won the match.
It came as a surprise that our team won, everybody expected our opponents to win. To be honest, we all thought we would loose the match as our best striker was absent. However, our teamwork really helped us come out victorious. Our opposing team didn’t make the victory easy as they brought their A game and were consistent with it. What a tough match!
The weather was in perfect condition, that really helped in lifting our spirits. The team was a little bit anxious about the outcome of the match, as Daniel and Tony were running late. Plus the fact that our rival team are supposedly the best. Their top-notch energy made the atmosphere charged, all players were pumped and fought hard to come out as winners. We also had a fair referee, unlike our last game.
Our team spirit was the secret ingredient for our win and that made me elated. Our victory showed me the importance of togertherness. Feels so good to be part of a group that feels like family
