Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to complain about the smartpone I obtained from your website.

The first and foremost, it has a faulty battery which drains rapidly and due to this the phone is frequently overheated.It has a detrimental effect and hinder me in working from home and implementing all phone tools.The next significant problem involves phone glitching.It is definitely caused by broken screen and spoils an overall outlook.

I have attempted to reboot a smartphone and reset settings simultaniously with updating software, albeit the issues still persist.I am concerned about all the troubles with my phone and would appreciate if you could both replace the gadget and send a thoroughly functional one with all replacements.In case you are not able to do that , then issue me a full refund.
