Dear sir or madam,

i hope you are diong well . I am wrting this letter to inform last week i bought smatphone from your website which is latest model samsung compony but i faces problem with it.

There are two main problem i faces in that smartphone . The first and foremost is the, battery is not charging when i start the phone after . The another problem i face on that smartphone is the on backside of phone some crack on the body the .Eventully, i also shocked when i see.

Moreover, i also visit near service station of samsung and try to solve the problem .i asked my problem with technicin. They try resolve the problem try charging the mobile with another charging cable but unfotunitily it ‘s not solve. Apart form that, they also put some chemical to clean back side to remove the some shrces .

Let me give my full money refund if possilbe as well as replace the mobile and give me another mobile with same address. i am waiting for your replay as soon as possible.
