Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my complaint about a smartphone that I bought from your online store a few days ago. This phone stopped working properly.

The phone arrived fast and directly, I opened the box with feeling excited. But there is a crucial problem with the screen. When I turn it on the phone’s screen does not light up and this problem makes me feel uncomfortable.

I have contacted the store but, the seller did not answer my letter. They did not give me a good solution about my problem.

Therefore, I would like money back or quickly send me a new phone, because I need that phone for my job. I hope you reply to my letter and approve the proposal. Thank you for your attention.
