I am writing to express my disappointment to you, based on my handphone that I bought from your store yesterday,I want to complain about the product that the function does not work.

Firstly,when I arrived home,I have to make sure the item is functioning. When I used it, I noticed the screen getting error and stuck that I takes time to stand by to all ready to used. In addition, when I want to texting on message,response to writing too slow and sometimes does not work at all.

Secondly, Because of this problem makes it impossible for me to complete my work on time. I would you like to take responsibility such as take full refund or replacement. Please also take it back the damaged item from my home address.

Lastly, I would appreciate it if you confirm in writing that you agree my request and inform me of the next step as soon as possible.
