Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writting this letter to show my dissatisfaction with your service. Actually, I bought a KIA seltos car from from your agency, this car is 2022 model and Black in Colour. From last few days I am getting issues regarding this car. Therefore, I tried to contact your office via phone, messages and several emails , however, in exchange I get no response. Morever, the ring was going on but nobody was picking up the call and it’s been from last two weeks. Unfortunetly, I got the problem in engine, although, it is a quite new car , I don’t know why engine is giving a big trouble. Even, I tried to find the problem by myself and also took to the mechanic, he adviced me to check with the car agency get to know the past details of the car such as any previous accident and about engine life.
I would really apprieciate if you do the repair of the car engine.
Howeover, my car is under your car deal plans which includes 2 years free service and repair, so I expect you to take care of that .
