Dear Manager,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatislation with a bunk bed that I bought on April 4th. Even though I made this purchase based on Staff’s advice about space efficiency, I found saftey problem after this product was set.

Your employee’s strongly recommended it because of our children are twin. He mentioned that this bunk bed is a space-saving fitted funiture and can be sperated one by one. These advantages was so satisfled with me. That is why I decided to buy it.

One the day of purchase, I noticed a flaw in a ladder when I completed to assemble it. The ladder was so wobbly that my daughters could not climb it. I think that it has Saftey hazard for children to use it.

Therefore, I want to exchage the previous bunk bed for bunk bed with Stairs. I can pay the difference, so I hope the exchanging procedure will be progressed rapidly. I am looking forward your reply. Thank you.
