I am writing to provide my feedback on the completion of the entry-level culinary arts course that happened in June at your teaching facility, ‘The Big Chefs’ in Vancouver.
I had a great learning experience during those four months; the best part of the course was that each participant was assigned a mentor to guide them on every step of their journey. Candidates had an opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge of the various cuisines from all over the globe.
Ever since the completion of the course, I have started my cloud kitchen based in Toronto, which serves daily 500 happy customers; the dishes include pani puri, indian style burger, nachos, and Italian sandwich. I am proud to say that not only has the course helped me boost my confidence, but it has also helped me prepare different meals.
In the next few years, I would like to expand my business and start a catering business. Therefore, I still need to learn how to make food items at scale, requiring me to attend an advanced cookery course. Thus, I would request you to provide a new course for people who want to enhance their skills.
