Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this email to object your plans to build new flats in my area, Tun Dr. Ismail Park in Kuala Lumpur and the postal code is 54300.

I read about this news online and I called your company to verify this information. I was informed that the construction will commence on 8th March 2025. This is a shocking news for all the residents here because we have not received any form of notice via mail.

Our park is overcrowded with approximately 9000 residents living in this area based on latest data from the land department of Kuala Lumpur. If this development plan happens then it will further exacerbate the traffic condition and result in heavy traffic congestion in this area.

I would like to suggest a solution to this issue. Please redirect your construction plans to Greenland because there is a lot of land and it is only 4 km away from my area. This will make your plan viable and successful.
