Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding missing a flight of your airline because of your airport crew negligence.
I have arrived to the airport early and had done my checking too. As the fight was delayed by an hour the crew asked me to wait in the business lounge and assured that they will announce when the fight boarding starts. Unfortunately, despite being told that the fight was delayed by an hour, it departed on time with me sitting in the lounge.
When I went to the gate after an hour. I was shouted by your airline crew for missing the flight.
They also threatened to call the police and get me arrested. The removed my bag for the flight and escorted me out side of the airport. I had to book another ticket at higher cost and I have also missed my important meeting.
I recommend you to display correct information about the flight on the screen at your facitilies and train your team to accept the mistake made by them rather than pinging it on the customer. I understand everybody make mistake, but law enforcement officer should only be involved in extreme conditions.
