Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like express my interest in the job for Cook position which advertise on indeed.com.

My name is Tommy. I just graduated from Culinary School, SIT School in Edmonton, Canada 6 months ago. I took a Diploma in Culinary for 3 years. During my study, I did some Internship in a restaurant and hotel. I used to work in Cordon Restaurant, in Edmonton. The restaurant is focusing on Italian Cuisine. I used to work as well in Heritage Hotel in Edmonton which I work in a breakfast section.

Based on my education and my experiences, I would like to join in the the team at your restaurant as a Cook. I really interested which all benefits that you mentioned on indeed.com

However, I can only work on Weekdays. I can work from opening shift until closing shift. The reason is because on Weekends, I have to do my part time job in a cafe in my previous school.
