Dear sir or madam,

I am writing this letter concerning about the order I placed in your company. I would like to bring in your attention there are some of the items missing from my order.

First, I ordered color printer and 3 inks for the same (Blue, pink, brown) from your website. And the order was placed on xyz date. Upon delivery when I checked all the items the main items were missing which is ink. Though I tried calling up the store several times but none of my phone calls were answered.

Secondly, this delivery is very important for me as I am working from home there are several copies which I need to color print and I am unbale to do so. Additionally, I have to run to the nearest stationary again and again for the printing purpose.

Lastly, I would really appreciate if you can deliver those items as soon as possible or if any of those color is out of stock you can replace the color which are available as of now.

I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
