Dear Sir or Madam,

We recently organised a meeting in your hotel. The meeting was quite good for our clients. some of my colleagues gave suggesion about your restaurent.

Firstly, they liked your place such as, Hospitality, Interior designs, Decorations and some live plants which placed inside the meeting hall. It gave possitive vibration during the conversation. some of the participents attracted the interior designs. The staffs was so polite and their hopitality so wonderfull.

Secondly, The buffet system arranged in thired floor in the dining hall, Some of my colleagues gave some negative suggestion also which you served. esspecially, the chicken did not cook well and curry had so much of oil on it. moreover, most of our clients are taking diet. In addition, The participents thought bad about your food.

Thirdly, Some suggestion are giving our side. you have to focus on making good quality of food. because, when hotel serves good quality of food after that hotel will get quality name. I hope this letter receice in good health.
