Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that we really liked the service that had been provided by your staff. However, we were found that the food was not satisfactory as per our expectation.

Staff behaviour was fabulous during our stay, most of them were friendly and well-being, specially the Alexa. She liked by many employees becuase of her accent and the funny nature. Moreover, Interior and the design of the building is eye catching.

Unfortunately, The food was not cooked properly mainly the non- vegetarian items, becuase of that we had ate vegetarian dishes. Furthermore, soup was cold and taste like they were prepared long time ago. Freshness was missing in the food.

I would like to suggest to you, please talk your cooks and head chef for these mistakes, as people comes to a restaurant to enjoy meals other than anything else. If the taste is missing in the food that will impact your business.
