Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to complane about the saller. I would like to make a return, but I can’t contact the online shop.
I bought a book called Alice in the Wonderland in the “Read the Book” online shop on December 7th
The parcel came in on a time and a book cover looked good at the first view. But when I opened it I have seen a damage lists. At a seventy seven page I found a big scratch thought the list and at the another one I noteced a dirty blot on the whole page. I attach a copy and photos with it.It was bad anought to recieved the book in this condition, but what was worse was getting it before my doughters’ birthday on December 8th. I didn’t have anought time to prepere a new present for her. If I had known that the saller was incompetent and a product from this diller had the worst condition I have never ordered anything from them.
The seller was unavailable for comment and unhelpful. I would like to claim back the money I spent for book, I have attached a receipt, and I would like to get a discount for my next purchese.
