Dear sir or madam
I am writing this letter because of the faulty electronic device I got from your factory.
I purchased a brand new LG oled Hd display television set from your factory on the 15th day of August,2025.
Since the purchase of this device I’ve not been able to use it to my satisfaction because it has only showed a black and white color which is so unlike the television I bought,secondly it does not connect to internet services like Netflix and Amazon prime.
I would appreciate if you send a customer care representative to come look out for the fault in this device or maybe send me a better device which I’ll appreciate greatly, thanks.
