I am writing to express my concern regarding a mobile phone I purchased from your online store on 15 February 2026. The product arrived on 19 February; however, upon unboxing, I discovered that the screen was cracked, the charging port was defective, and a green line appeared on the display when powered on.
This experience has been highly unsatisfactory, particularly given Apple’s reputation for quality. I contacted customer care immediately, but the representative was unhelpful and spoke discourteously. To substantiate my claim, I have recorded a video of the unboxing, which clearly shows the damage.
I kindly request that you arrange either a full refund or a replacement device at the earliest convenience.
