I am writing to say that i recently bought a new smartphone from your store and,unfortunately, it arrived with some defects on it.
The day i bought the device is 10.01.2026.The smartphone was all packed, but when i opened it i noticed that the screen was a half broken.I tried to turn the smartphone on but i was not satisfied, it kept overheating.As far as i am concerned, it says on your website that you guarantee replacement in this kind of cases.I would like to know what i should do and wait for.
