I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a faulty appliance I recently purchased from your online store.
On 15 February 2026, I ordered a Samsung microwave oven (Model: MW7000 Series) through your website. The order number is #458921, and the product was delivered to my address on 18 February 2026.
Unfortunately, after only two days of use, the microwave began malfunctioning. Although the power light turns on, the appliance does not heat food properly. In addition, it makes an unusual loud buzzing noise during operation. I carefully followed the instruction manual, so I am confident that the issue is not due to improper use.
As the product is still under warranty, I would like to request either a full refund or a replacement unit at no additional cost. I would also appreciate instructions on how to return the faulty item.
I have attached a copy of the receipt and a short video showing the issue for your reference. I look forward to your prompt response and hope this matter can be resolved quickly.
