I am writing to complain about the damaged washing machine that I just bought from your company recently.
I purchased washing machine that called Minimal18 model through ABC retail website on 3 June, two week before delivery date. I have been waiting for two week for the machine. When the washing machine delivery arrived, the lid was broken and and the main moter was not work. As a result, I was unable to use the machine.
I was really disappointed not only about the washing machine qaulity and also the inconvinience delivery that took more than gurantee dalivery date to obtain the machine. I would like to return this machine and refund the payment. I would like the suggest that your companyy should provide policy that look after the customer in the same case in the future. I am look forward to hearing from you.
