Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the language course that I recently enrolled in at your college. Unfortunately, the course did not meet my expectations for several reasons.
Firstly, the teaching quality was unsatisfactory. The instructor often arrived late to lessons and did not explain grammar points clearly. In addition, there was very little opportunity for students to practise speaking, which was one of the main reasons I joined the course. Moreover, the course materials were outdated and did not match the course description provided at the time of enrolment.
As a result, my learning experience was negatively affected. I feel that my language skills have not improved as expected, and I have lost both time and motivation. Considering the high course fee, this has been particularly disappointing.
I would appreciate it if the college could offer an appropriate solution, such as a partial refund or the opportunity to join another language course at no extra cost. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your courses.
