Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about my dissatisfaction regarding language course which I took last month. In sep.2025, I enrolled in cookery course for two months. In this course, I need to learn about the various cooking styles and different dishes taste.

Moreover, during pursuing this course, I did not like the teaching ways. Trainer was not fully experienced. She was not explaining everything in detial. There was no practical exprience.

However, I wound like to recommend some sugesstions which can help to resolve the issue. Firstly, School should need to arrange video classess for students, so that they can learn better with practical skills. Secondly, language school can arrange fees discount for those students who were unable to learn properly in last month course. As per my persepective, give them one more chance to join the classess.
