I am writing to express my concern about my precious black leather carry bag that I am assuming that I have left during checkout from your Hotel Grand Marriott on December 29, 2025 after a two-day stay for business meeting. The bag contains vital documents including my passport and a gift from my late grandfather holding great value for me. I am attaching a picture of that bag for your reference.
I am grateful for the service I have received during my visit. However, I found the online customer care service is not appropriate, as I have tried to reach out to you department of lost and care by a phone call to find my bag but it was unreachable. Moreover, after multiple calls and no response from your team, I have even tried to contact the customer care team at the reception desk of your hotel but instead of understanding my concern and urgency they respond with they are unable to help me as this situation belongs to different department not their and they hang up my call with no proper explanation which I found unprofessional and unacceptable.
I request you to please take some swift action and find my bag at your earliest convenience considering the importance it holds for me. Incase you will find my bag then please leave me a message on my given email or get it delivered on my address at 36 Woodstock street on Sunview road of Guelph. I would pay the price for the courier service with a token of appreciation fee for your services. I request you please improve your customer services to avoid such delays in future.
