I have just returned from a splendid one-week summer break with my family spent in Beruijk aan Tuid and am writing this letter to thank you for the important part played by the fantastic quality of service provided by your hotel.
From the moment we arrived in the hotel, we found the staff to be courteous and considerate. The gentlemen with whom we checked in was very helpful, patient and understanding when dealing with some fairly specific conditions necessary for my youngest son’s living arrangements. He was also very informative about places to visit in the local area and activities which could keep my often apathetic teenagers entertained.
Furthermore, we were very pleased with your hotel’s services and facilities. In addition to the excellent standards of cleanliness we found upon entering our rooms for the first time – and on two further occasions within the week – the variety of food on offer at the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen, and the well-equipped recreation room was a perfect distraction for the kids during our trip’s only rainy day.
Once again, I would like to extend my thanks to your entire staff for their part in a memorable seaside break. As you can probably appreciate, family holidays with adolescents can often be difficult, and your staff did everything they could to make the experience an enjoyable one. We have written a glowing review of your hotel on and would be happy to provide this for use on your website should you request.
