Dear Sir or Madam,

I stayed recently at your hotel White Swan in Newcastle. I would like to thank for a great time I spent there.

Your staff was very helpful and friendly and they helped me and my girlfriend with any problems we had. We especially enjoyed the food you served at the hotel. Your fish was one of the best we ever had and the waiter recommended very nice red wine with it to have. We also were very happy with our room. It had a beautiful view at sea and the room was very clean.

I would like to encorage other people to visit your hotel and have so nice experience as I had. To help with that I have written a review of your hotel on a popular tourist website. I hope it will encorage other people to visit the hotel.

Thank you one more time and I hope I will see you again.
