Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude. Last week I spent five days at your remarkable hotel during my business trip. I should mention that the level of the hotel surpassed expectations.

Without a doubt, staff was enormously supportive and welcoming clarifying all questions and helping to solve any uprising issues. Frankly speaking, what striked me the most is the well-balanced food served for breakfast and a wide range of dishes for dinner. Moreover, room service is really quick. Lastly, the picturesque and lively view from the window left me speechless.

If I had to describe my ideal hotel, I would definitely talk about the Plaza Hotel as I consider it a great example of the combination of quality and affordable prices.

I would like you to know that I have posted several positive and detailed reviews on numerous websites, such as Booking, TripMyDream, and Google Maps.

I am looking forward to coming back here soon.
